The original idea behind BBQ Un In was reasonably simple; provide 360 degree hospitality training and create employment opportunity for underprivileged teenagers within the greater Nha Trang community.

In August 2015 we began sourcing as much recycled materials as we possibly could find for the build.  This included the shipping containers themselves, the wrought iron sheeting on the walls, any wood we could find and all the decorations you see around the restaurant.

By October 2015, BBQ Un In Nha Trang was opened and after much hard work by our great staff to build the brand, we now employ over 40 people, the vast majority of those coming from underprivileged and impoverished backgrounds.

By November 2016, the second BBQ Un In was opened in Da Nang and there are plans for many more all with the same purpose… To provide skills, employment and opportunity for the underprivileged of Vietnam.
